    I would probably say 160x600 just due to wanting to fill up bigger spaces. Others may have different opinions though.

    I think most affiliate programs / networks seem to offer the 120x160 banner option which is annoying as I prefer to use the 160x600 banner.

    In case you need anymore votes, I'm going to agree with the others and say go with 160x600.
