Banner shifting down in Opera

    Another one...does anyone know why this banner is shifting down when you click the menu links in Opera, and know how I can fix it?

    I neglected to mention that I am using the latest version of Opera ...9.21.

    (BTW, is there a way to edit posts on this forum?)
