banner sale question

    Hey guys. i need your help here a bit.

    Im going to start selling ads for my page and just wanted to ask 2 things first before i do anyting.

    1: on http://imagefrog.net/show.php/2163_bladestormm.bmp i have 2 banners. one at the top and one at the bottom. both the same size 728*90. what im wondering is, should i sell spots for them seperatly, or should i sell them together ? what would be best ?

    2: together with the 2 banners in question 1 i have a few more (728*90) banners around my site, what im wondering is, should i sell those as a group seperatly from the ones above ? what would be best?

    IMO sell them all separately.

    I'd sell them separate, as for all those other banners, ask yourself will I make more as an affiliate with the banners I have up or will I make more selling the space to an advertiser?
