I was wondering if they allow you to use AdSense with a banner rotator. Like display AdSense and other banners too. Any ideas? Thanks.

Whenever you have a question about Google policy you should read their terms. That way you will get an accurate answer to your question. Opinions do not matter, so you should read through those terms until you understand what is required and what is allowed.

I didn't see anything about this in the policy though. And the policy is huge. So I thought some people might have the answer.

I wouldn't do it until you check with google directly. search on DP, there seems to be some discrepancy.
The TOS says that "No AdSense code may be integrated into a software application"

With JavaScript you can do this. Put this question on programming section.

Very interesting topic. I have always wanted to put my adsense ads on my banner rotation (adserver). So far, not too much clear answer whether it is allowes. Google's TOS only states that one may include adsense in rotation with other ads. But seemed vague for me though.

no, but a CMS falls under that discription, so do other scripts. If I'm wrong then so be it but I'm not sure where in my post I insulted your intelligence.

I'm using OpenX (formerly phpadsnew) to do this.

I just put some google ads in there, some commission juction, and some banners I sold directly - I then put some javascript on my site to display them.

I never even thought that this wouldn't be allowed...
