banner placement

i just have one adsense banner placed in my forum.
wanted to know if i should rather go for 768 x 90 size banner or stay with the current one as it is.

Vertical usually gets more clicks than horizontal. Nice placement and blending though. I'd stick with the one you have now.

 

alrite, its getting low click throughs since navigation is below the banner.

nope , not tried those, u mean those menu type ads.

 

oh well i got it, those ads after the post could do the trick.

 

did you try to add one ads unit inside the first forum reply?

 

Users find that to be intrusive so it could be a turn off.
