Banner over proxy panel

    Hello, i have proxy site :

    Free proxy

    I want put banner over proxy panel. If you put url and CLICK ok, you will be redirected to this url. And on TOP is proxy panel. I want have banner over proxy panel. Please help me. Bye !

    edit the templates html.

    or is your problem you can not edit html?
