    Can I put banner of my website on my blog?

    And what about third party banners?

    Is it against TOS?

    No, of course not. As long as its not another program that is contextual like adsense, then everything should be fine.

    if the banners are those which are made once, (not changed regarding to content) then it is ok, otherwise a possible chance of losing adsense account
