Hi, I mostly have text ads on my site and I'm doing pretty good with them. Do any of you do well with Image ads? I'm testing some CPA ads in the place of adsense and I'm not sure if I should use text or images. Thanks for your thoughts...
Hello, I do have image ads on my blog posts that have many images (for example photoshop tutorials) etc. they do pay off for me. I'm only using text ads in articles with lots of text (and almost never images).
Thanks to you both... Now that I've been looking at it, Google almost always uses Text ads on my pages. I'll have to see if I can find good text ads for CPA. Thanks again.
texts ads ae good with article and image ads are good for a photo sharing site, but as I know text ads pays more and text ads can fill the inventory more than the image ads.
It depends on the site. No one can guarantee what will work for you. Text & image ads work for me on some sites, whereas image ads work alone on others (same with text.)
for me image ads have a higher CTR and high earnings as well i suggest you to use image ads or if you want use text+ image ads
For all my sites I use text & images, I let adsense decide what is best, so I can focus on other things.
I think it is depends on your sites. I choose two ways mate . Everyone will agree that on your blog post we should use text instead of image. But at the right place of your site, you should try with skyscraper image slot.
image text normally can get more click and it is very good for those game, entertainment niche You shall actually test on image text to see whether image text provide you better result or not
Now that Adsense has the V3 reporting interface, I let Adsense decide which type of ads to show for the first 6 months to a year. After ads have been running long enough to have a good sample size for comparing data I look to see which types are generating the best Page RPM, if one's obviously doing better than the others, I set the unit to that type and wait another 6-12 months to see how that works out.
i have generally found text ads to perform better. i guess it also matters on your content, more importantly its the ads that are driven to your sites. i have seen some awful text and image ads display on my site that i doubt anybody would click
