banner/header contest 3 hour contest paying $$$

Hi there guys im in the process of releasing a new site and require a banner/header for it the specs are below

size 818x 250
format -gif , jpg

Payment will be $10 via paypal.

The site will be streaming such episodes as gossip girl, ugly betty the tudors, house, etc etc
the domain will be http://www.watchtvstream.net

as i said this is a 3 hour competition, however if i do not receive any designs or only one i reserve the right to lengthen the competition

 

Why say $$$ in the title, but only $10 in the post? I don't get it, I've seen this a few times now here..

I mean I may not be the bill gates of the design land but for $10 I thought my entry was bloody good

hi cody i actualy quite like your entry, though there needs to be some sort of bar at the bottom as you can see on the other sites , there is a scrolling bar that moves across the bottom of the banner.
