I happen to know a great deal with arcades. I own a few and as well own my own banner exchange network. To tell you the truth, I've experimented with both types of exchanges. Exchanges with banner exchange networks and exchanges with other arcade sites similar to mine. According to Analytics statistics, banner exchange traffic is a lot better than the traffic that sites are usually sending you through trades. The average amount of time the visitors last is a lot longer and the amount of pages they visit is a lot more. Bounce rate is pretty low as well. I know that you're looking to purchase visitors from these networks but the problem you may find when trying to purchase is the availability. These type of traffic runs out fast so I'd say join a few networks start exchanging with them a bit. As time goes by, you can find out which ones are working best for you and contact the owner to see if you can purchase some credits from him/her. By the way, check out ArcadeBonus.com.
