Can anyone recommend a reputable banner exchange program that actually works? Other attributes I am looking for is the ability to target websites by region i.e. United Sates, Australia etc and support for various ad sizes than just 468x60. Are there country specific banner exchange programs? I am looking for banner exchange sites in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States. Thanks heaps for help.
