Buying Banner Designer Needed ASAP!

    I'm looking for someone who specializes in banner designs. I want my banner to be static and also to be animated. Please apply with banners you have made and also how much you charge for banner design

    The type of banners I need are for advertising sizes 300 x 250 and 728 x 90
