Buying banner design

    Hi.
    I'm looking for someone to design a professional banner for my store website. please look at the store website before designing to understand what the banner design should be. note that payment will only be made if i like the banner design. please find attach the banner template for the correct measurement. i like the design for this banner www (dot) leatherup (dot) com but it is to over crowded.
