Banner design

DOes anyone out there is the great www. know where the best place is to get free banner design as I wish to do this and get a really good design for my site. So can any of you great webamster help a padowan!! Hope there are some Jedi out there who can help.

More on topic: You can download a free image design software called GIMP, just serach for it in google. With that software you should be bale to design your own banner after reading up on some tutorials. Or you can buy photoshop, if you wil be designing more, not recommended, if it's a one off, photoshop can be quite pricy.

Those are my suggestions, but only if you want to design your own banner.
If you want someone else to do it for you, for free, i don't have any suggestions, the lowest i design banners for is $7, incase your interested.
