Just a quick bit of feedback for this service: I ordered a header for a new site I'm just finishing up and it was great - I ended up ordering a small graphic for the same site as well. DesignIdeas made a couple of small amendments to the original designs without any fuss and I didn't have to pay until I was happy. In all, the whole process took about 24 hours in total.
