    The text makes it very hard to read on the smaller banners. Also will they be animated like the first one?

    It looks like movement isn't going to be required. I will need the banners in the file format.ai so that I can have my freelance designer convert them to HTML5

    Actually if you can please just make them all animated gif files I would appreciate that. Some work does need to be done in regards to the text because it is very hard to see.
