    I need a 480 x 65 banner designed, with no motion. This is a 3-Day contest, maybe less. $25 by paypal to winner.

    Background white, with the writing the blue color of the Victoria University Logo

    Sad person image on the banner, also the Victoria University Logo if there is room

    Wording:

    Self Harm Research Study
    Please complete this online research study from Victoria University on understanding self-harm.

    Sorry, but I dint really understand this sentence.

    I understand that You need the sad guy image in the banner and victoria Uni. logo if there is a space....

    Shadow can you reduce the size of the sad figure so it fits.
