    Ive gone ahead and made a leader banner designed to match whats currently on your site...or fairly close.

    If you like this I can animate , adding more text ..for all sizes you need.

    Id like some feedback on the general design before I do the rest as well as of feedback on content...I see advertising as well as financial solutions..
