Banner Contest = $25 x 2 banners

I need a good looking banner that looks like this:

But I want this info on them

SOUL Members:

*4% Referral Commission.
* Surf 10 Sites to earn.
* Surf max. of 50 sites.
* Add 10 Sites
* Min. Cashout is $1.
* Cashout on expiry.
* $8 per Unit Upgrade.

and

FREE Members:

*4% Referral Commission.
* Surf max. of 25 sites.
* Add 1 Site.
* Min. Cashout is $4.

The size should be 300 x 130

Rules:
1. Color Scheme should be like the color scheme of www.ecusms.com
2. Text Should be 3D or anything that looks good!
3. Please make a good background that fits the color scheme.
4. The Prize is $25 for the 2 banners ok. Just want to make it clear as you might misinterpret it because I put x 2 banners.

I will choose the winner within 24 hours. Contest starts now.

make it animated and change the background image to something more attractive. the color scheme is good though. +technoguy SOUL MEMBERS should be centered.

 

so far this is the best but the background image is good but if you can make it green with the same image file used it would be better.

thanks for the entry. color scheme should be like www.ecusms.com and text's are kinda blurred. animated is a very big plus.
