Banner and Coding Needed

    Howdy folks,

    I need left align vertical banners for a cgi site who's code I cannot change.

    So I do everything via an admin area.

    Banners size will be 120x90 static and annimated.

    Coding must not mess with cgi code.

    PHP seems like the way to go (I dont really know).

    Help with just the code is cool.

    Help with coding and banners lets make a deal.
