We would like to see how you go about calculating your banners spots and how you determine what your monthly price should be for your slots. We have our own formula here, but looking to see what others do and what other formula people out there use to determine this price.
Number of impressions generated per month. Position of the banner and its size matters too. Above the fold standard sized banners can be charged higher. So that's how i would charge advertisers for banner advertising.
Let the market dictate your banner price, if you have a spot for $10 and 20 people want that spot then you have a big demand. You can then raise your banner price. Start off low and see what kind of demand you get. If you have alot of traffic then you can have higher prices.
Everything is about finding the person who wants to advertise on your site, so you can ask anything you want (of course not any amount but still a lot higher)
