    The forum doesn't look active, which either means it's new, or the people that go there are not interested and just leave.

    The rate is low though, which might reflect the conditions that I mentioned.

    Here are the stats for the current month, taking in consideration that on May i changed the hosts.
    The price is cheap and is based on the current traffic.
