Banner ads w/no url?

    Why is it that some banner ads don't have URL's listed on the lower left side? Does that mean they are CPM?

    I guess banner-ads don't need to show the URL's. It does NOT mean they are eCPM.

    I think the ones without URL/"Ads by Google" are from premium advertisers.
