I was going to suggest Adsense, but i assume you have some good reasons for not to go for Adsense. try edomz Pop under ads (www.edomz.com) which are known for great eCPM rates and monetizing world wide traffic. Popads.net is also a decent network. for banners, there are 2 networks i recommend.. 1. Edomz CPM Ads (http://cpm.edomz.com) - I have seen adsense,yahoo and richmedia ads 2. Qadabra - payout is low $1. but eCPM is bit lower if you wish to try luck, you can even try for bigger CPM networks but they might not accept as you have posted articles about apk download etc.
I was previously using propellerads but due to some reasons now i want to shift to some other ad network. Bigger networks are not accepting ......
