I use Google ad block plus - it gets rid of those annoying banners :)

hi lola, i agree with the earlier response,

find out exactly how many impressions your banner is getting.
If its 7 mil for the site, and your only 1 zip code, and 1 of 10 banners...
    Not alot?

Also I agree that the landing page needs some work.
It tells me to enter my info to get a list of foreclosures.
You need to sell me some more sizzle.
You ad has great selling points, "buy for pennies on the dollar"

So on your landing page, put some more of that,
Specify its foreclosures for that zip code that you deal with.
Also on the right side, put some info about yourself.
"Top 2% realtor in LakePaw Michigan"

    Make your contact info larger.
Your phone number, hours you can call.

Good luck, I think banner ads work, but you gotta be more careful to make sure your getting a great deal, and put more time into your landing page.

I agree that the landing page stinks. They provide the landing page and offer no customization other than what you see. I could link to my own website lead capture page...and probably should have now that I see how useless theirs is. Overall, even with a great landing page, I don't think it will ever be worth the money I would pay per month (almost 500.00). My money is much better spent with my PPC adwords that bring in about one lead for every 5 clicks (each click averages about .50). Thanks, LLT
