Banner ad showing as text yet banner should meet requirements

I began my banner ad on DP tonight yet all I saw was the text portion. I know it meets the requirements as it's a .png and it's 468x60

Is there any other reason it would do this? The ad ID is 2054

Are you looking at an ad spot that isn't 469x60 by chance? If your ad is up for being shown, but you don't give an image for the size being displayed, it will fallback to a text-based banner.

I am advertising here on DP.

The banner says Exisitng 468 x 60 Banner: and it shows my banner. Right click for its info and its correct.

Under the ad banner info it says - Banners should be one of the following sizes: 234x60, 468x60, 728x90.

PS. Notice the above is a copy paste. Exisitng should be Existing :)

Can you take a screenshot of where you see it running as a text-based banner?

That's not a 468x60 banner, that's a 234x60 banner. If you want to use an image banner there, you would need to upload a 234x60 banner image.

I have a quick question and hopefully you will read this again. I can't see a way to tell which forum supports my banner size. So if I choose the option display everywhere will it only show it where it is supported? Or would I need to supply alternate sizes for the rest of the locations?

The whole forum just uses 3 sizes (they are listed on the area you upload the images). If your up for a slot that you don't have an image for that size, it will fall back to text-based banner. If you upload all 3 supported sizes, it will always use the image.
