Banner Ad Image Not Showing Up

    Hi, I just noticed my banner ad image is not showing (only anchor text and description that matches the background on the top of the site). Can someone tell me why my uploaded banner image is not showing up?

    Did you upload all requested sizes? If it's in a slot that has an image size you didn't upload, it will fallback to a text ad if there's no image.

    Yes, it's the suggested size 728x90. It says upload successful..
