Hello, We are needing to get a designer who can Banner Ads. All of our work is going to be for Web Banner for Site Promotion and they are going to be used on AdSense Banners, as well as for Advertising networks across the region. We are going to be able to pay about $5.00 per banner. These banners need to be able to be very professional looking, use Royalty free images, and you must be able to tell me where you get your images from, as we do NOT want any type of law suites.
