Banned?

I seem to have a problem with my internet connection or my new pc. When I am on my laptop, I can connect to DigitalPoint but when I go in to the office room (same house), I go to DigitalPoint and it says that I am banned until June 2008! I share the house with other people and the office is where we all work. I have asked them if they have been banned from DigitalPoint, but none of them have ever used it. Could it be my shared ip address (wireless) or the new computer (second hand)? If so, what can I do to access digital point from the computer in the office?

Help please because my laptop has a hard drive error and is so slow!

 

try using one of those free proxies out there

 

Did you contact the dp people? What did they say??

 

Do all computers in the house go thro the same router?
Do you have a static or dynamic IP from your ISP?

hmmmm, maybe staff only ban ip.....weird.

My internet connection is through a shared wireless network that provides internet for a third of my town, so Im guessing this may be the problem!

 

Probably the ip of your office computer is blocked..

 

Is there a way to sort this out?

 

Maybe the IP range you are on is blocked from Digital Point, only the staff and/or moderators can help you out.
