Always go in for adsensing with your business name, if you dont have one, get one registered with the local authority and open a bank account in that name, google gives respect and even if you are click bombed it gives you a lenient view, basically with a business account getting back in is easy even though it is not guaranteed
I had a similar experience as you did. Google banned me from AdSense several months ago due to "fraudulent clicks." I quickly appealed their decision but was turned down. I explained to them that I thought someone was sabotaging me, but it didn't matter. A few months passed, and I signed up again to AdSense using the exact information I was previously registered with. I was rejected. Ever since, I've spent my time looking for other ways to monetize my Websites rather than wasting my time getting into AdSense. As it turns out, I make more money now, without AdSense. Don't get me wrong, I'd still sign up with AdSense if I had the opportunity, but it's not the end of the world if it never happens. At least for me.
