Next: file a request for review, I have seen one in a million guys get re-instated.

BUT: you are still getting ads served, so what's up with that?

 

Have you tried Kontera?. You dont need to change anything. It grabs on to anyword you have on your website and opens a mini-pop like a hyperspace ad. And here's another trick while using Kontera, use it with RSS feeds. Here's an example: http://sample-kontera.notlong.com

google is the only one (well except ypn) and if he was banned he probably broke tos to earn the money, so. it's hard to start it all over..

For someone that claims to have so much riding on his adsense account, you don't seem to be trying to hard to get it back.

The blending of ads with the picture did go to the edge though. Probably crossed it (they were too close the pictures and ads), but I must admit that I would have thought that google would instead given you a warning prior to ban - unless there is something you are not telling us? (but your story does sound honest to me, as opposed to many of the other "google banned me" threads)

 

1: i emailed them about it..
- included website stats
- included information on rotation of images and seo and advice from digitalpoint

2: i am trying, atm im trying not to have a panic attack

I was wondering the same a little myself. 4000$ is not pocket change unless you are very rich.

 

$4000 includes-

Profits earned, profits spent on advertising, SEO and optimization, external and third party scripts, servers, management support so forth..... It all counts up.

MentaLRZ: that kind of defeatist attitude will get you nowhere. I know rejection is depressing, but give it a stab... what do you have to lose? They can't "Double Ban" you!
