    here

main source of income which i was 'generating' invalid clicks from is that link above, of course i was not breaking the law as i been with adsense for some time now.

My page views per day is over 150,000 with 9,000 unique visits per day and hitting 400 clicks a day.

There is 400 users online per time on my forum and everything ive checked and emailed is 100% within the tos.

That sucks. Good chance a member was clicking the ads constantly. Regardless, I would be emailing google and pleading your case. Cant hurt to try.

Google's said more than a few times that images so close to ads were against TOS. This site does it double fold.

I think google should probably expand this to include making the adlinks look like part of the site's navigation. That is very deceptive for advertisers.

I can still see Google Ads on that page.

While you try resolving your issue with google, why don't you try something like chitka or adbrite?

That is definitely against the TOS. And Google still shows the ads to make money, it's just that they aren't going to give MentalLRZ his share. Smart really on G's part.

Takes several hours for the ads to finally stop working at a banned site.

Chikita doesnt fit the content and adbrite took over 20% of my earnings which still was not enough.

stats Worst part is that digitalpoint has shown me so much and ive tried offering as much help as i can from what i have learned and its all out the window :(

I think i better go lay down cos my wrist hurts and i need to clear my head before i get another panic attack.

    Dan

    -- Edit --

We have been online now five years have multiple servers to which we run several different games from whilst expanding as much as we can and now its the end of the road :( Guess i must sell up.

You might want to make sure you pay close attention to their TOS's as well. I see "Chitika banned me" posts all over the Chitika forum.

What about the text instructing the user to click the link above... With the link unit directly below the nav buttons a user could easily become confused.

Guess this teaches people to stop trying to trick your visitors by over-blending your ads and placing images and other tricks near them.

Ive never told anyone to click a link , especially with the possability of loosing everything ive spent years developing.

Points to the 100s of topics how this increases the click ratio and the hundreds of forums using it. Which in the TOS this is not stated.

If you were making a nice sum of money off these ads every month, wouldn't you try to make sure you were 100% compliant with G's policies. You made a mistake, no big deal. Find another ad service and learn from your mistakes.

I am sure 90% of people banned from Adsense does something wrong. The other 10% are ignorant. When they are banned they try to find out why and that is why they come to forums. I am sure they could be treated in a better way. I am new to this forum and don't know if all "Banned from Adsense " forums have the same mud throwing like this. Guys stop being cynical. If you have nothing to help them, leave these poor souls alone.
