Banned without duplicate account

    Well I want to tell you a small story.
    I am vinay from India. My frien told me about dp so I registered on dp one year back.
    Later I was banned from DP and they say that i had a dulpicate account. I didn't had any duplicate accounts at that time. I was an honest user of DP.
    But even then My account was banned.
    I wanted to use digitalpointso I thought of registered again on DP, but this time again they banned me and said I had a Duplicate account. I want to ask that If my earlier account is banned without any reason cant I register again on dp?
    Now cant I use the services at DP?
    Please tell me and help me how can I tell this thing to the administrator of DP.
    Today I have created this account and I wanted to use DP but I know they will ban me again by saying the same thing.
    Through this form I want to appeal to DP not to ban me again and again. I am n honest user of DP. I only registered in duplicate here on dp when my first account was banned without any reason.
    Please tell me how can i use DP now?
    Cant I use DP no?
    What is my fault in this whole scenario.
    Please help me.

    Sorry, but you're not allowed to create duplicate accounts for any reason; and especially when you're given a 7-day ban. It doesn't justify using your other account(s) to continue on selling the same product/service.
