anyway, i sent them all evidense now (Hosting company testomny, Google adword screenshot, i'm asking also my merchent to give his testmony) and i sent them to cj.com
i will call them by phone and if they refused to discuss it, i will submit a complain (but i'm searching now for the authority that i have to contact)

 

The way these online companies operate is very concerning. They will just terminate your account without giving you a warning and letting you fix the problem. Google is the same way with Adsense, it's sad.

 

Call them, be professional, if you are sure you are innocent (heh ) seek legal advice and sue them for your earnings.

Yes if you have not done anything wrong than you SHOULD call them and ask them what is wrong.

CJ is better than Google in terms of banning accounts. Google pisses me off at customer(edit: Adsense publisher) support. CJ is not like that.

CJ guys will listen to you... (if you are doing things right)

I think the best way is to show them your adword expenses or something...

This is the most ridiculous thread ever. Stop feeling banned for the thread starter. As I said:

If this guy was making thousands per month with CJ from legitimate Adwords advertising, why would CJ ban his account?

CJ needs these types of affiliates - without them CJ goes out of business.

Stop blaming the affiliate company and start blaming the guy who started the thread, who obviously isn't being honest with us or telling the whole story.

And if this was all a mistake and you really generate that many legitimate leads, CJ will definitely reinstate your account.

 

I don't think CJ is saying you are comment spamming. Their saying the traffic you've been driving to the merchant's site are the same as the ips of known comment spammers.

 

So in other words, someone makes a few spammy comments on a blog, then buys from you. And you're banned?

That email doesn't make much sense.

This is very strange, and I hope that a CJ representative would find this thread and set things straight. I don't think a reputable company would just do a cruel act like this without the benefit of due process of law. Please forgive me, but I reserve doubts over this case.

 

10k from you & 1000's of other members could SAVE 10000k for .....

recession strike very badly on Giants... be ware all, don't keep much with.....

 

we do not know the truth, only you were saying cj banned me and would not pay me. anyway can you produce any proof?

cj investigated your case long ago, why did not you be careful and even stop investing until it cleared up?

If CJ bans every member who makes $10,000 how are they ever going to make money down the road? CJ doesn't just start banning members because they feel like it, CJ bans an affiliate when he does something wrong. Period.

 

Try to make a call.. And don't stop emailing with them. For the $10k loss, this is very much.

 

I'm the owner of this thread and i didn't open it to say CJ are theifs or they are the worest,...etc because i have dealt with them for almost 4 years without any problem, and of course they will not take the money from the advirtser

but the point from this thread is
1- what can i do? knowing if some one has the same problem before and what he did, or at least what authority i can complain for them, an is it worth to hire a laywer or not

you encourged me to call them and explaining my position, and i called them yestrday, they refused to talk and told me that they recieved my mail and they will answer me soon

2- Lesson for people not to put all eggs in one bascket, and althought i diversified but this is the first time to invest such a huge amount in short period in one product, and i did so because i trust CJ and wouldn't do the same with adsense

but it seems always that if they take a desicion you can't defend your self



by the way i will not arguing again with people in the point if i did something or not, because it is silly to come here and waste my time to convince you i didn't do anything. what benfit i will get if you all believe that i'm innocent.... Nothing


also i'm not that expert, and i'm not getting 10k every month, i said i'm on average 1k or less, but this time i invested more money but as you see ROI is only 100% and this is not good of course

Try appealing, If you have not done anything wrong prove CJ that you are legitimate you will get back your account. Believe me it will work.
