    Hello...

To be honest with you after checking the entire TOS i have to agree with
vansterdam as this section clearly states :

    http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=71011

    QUOTE:
We've updated our Terms of Use to clarify what kinds of uses of the website and the YouTube Embeddable Player are permitted.
We don't want to discourage you from putting the occasional YouTube video in your blog to comment on it or show your readers
a video that you like, even if you have general-purpose ads somewhere on your blog.

We will, however, enforce our Terms of Use against, say, a website that does nothing more than aggregate a bunch of embedded
YouTube videos and intentionally tries to generate ad revenue from them.

I was mistaken in saying just "adsence" as it pretty much clear that they dont want you making money off there videos/player.
When you think about it your basically making money from adverts and they are losing bandwidth by allowing you to continue...

sorry dude dont know what to tell ya other then get original content...

Sigh are you blind or intentionally missing it? I DO NOT JUST AGGREGATE YouTube VIDEOS!

Just like WCM aggregates warcraft movies, we aggregate manly videos from three major sources, i would like to increase that number but it is a ways off in doing so.

I have one more comment before I give up and let you keep denying the obvious.

The primary focus of that warcraft website is their movies, but if you look at their website you'll see that they offer a lot more than just the movies themselves. Each video has a full summary, extra movie info, ratings and plenty of comments. In short they have plenty of unique content to go with the videos. They don't seem to use the YouTube player either. So really their situation is irrelevant. Also they have a quality website, not just some sleazy porn video website.

If you claim you are not just aggregating videos, what else are you actually doing? Maybe I'm missing something, but I do not see anything on your website beside a bunch of linked videos.

Anyways I know you are just going to disagree and spout some other nonsense. You are not the first website to get penalized for using youtube videos to make money. The other websites have just found a way to deal with the problem. Perhaps it is time for you to face the facts and admit that you need some actual content of your own.

Me spout nonsense? try reading the garbage you're slinging.

ok first i dont think Google cares what the website 'looks like' so your bringing up aesthetics was irrelevant and unnecessary.

WCM does use youtube, as well as other sources, it isn't their choice it's the choice of the videos creator.

Sleazy porn? The website has sports videos, video game trailers, and videos of girls kissing. most of those videos are provided by YouTube.

We ask guys to add their favorite videos from wherever, but the site itself doesn't encode videos so we have to use other providers. As I have state before this includes MORE THAN YouTube.

btw. i really do appreciate input, but people who arn't looking over the site and are just saying what they want are not helping anything at all.
