Banned website or name?

    Hi,

I had an Adsense account a few years ago, but I got banned. Now I want to know if it's just my name that is banned, or is it my website? Else I can just register with my brother's name and start earning money again.

I hope it's possible. If not, what do you suggest to do??

    Thanks!!

    It's YOU ..
You can try to trick Adsense and get back in with names of family members, neighbors, old girlfriends, your dog, or whatever - but doing so in itself is a violation of the TOS - you will have a potential ban hanging over your head at all times. It would really suck to get accepted with your fake info, work hard, get up to your $100 payout, then have google re-ban you right before they send your payment (that's how they do it)..

They ban "the publisher" (that would be YOU).

Dont try to trick Google - you are not smarter than they are.

    It's banned both.
if you let google know your site and name, will not approve again.
if someone buy your site, someone have to proof who buy your site
