Banned website in Google, why oh, why?

I do not know why this site as been banned. Can anyone shed light on this. Thanks in advance for help.
    www. exhibitdeal .com.

I have checked every link out from the site. It doesn't link to any site without some PR so no sites are banned that it links too. My reciprocal linking portion of the site is only themed sites and I haven't gone overboard, again, only linking to themed sites with PR.

I have three similar pages from links at the bottom, but each one is written differently to capture certain key word searches (trade show displays, trade show booths and trade show exhibits). No duplicated content. I have placed the content on the home page in a scrollable div tag as to not break the design of the page.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. One thing that may be affecting it or was affecting it: The last SEO company (evisibility .com) used by my client was linking to my client's site from another site which SEO company created (www. tradeshow-displays-online .net/) and this site was involved in cloaking to get links to make it popular and then was pointing my clients real site (exhibitdeal .com) but that other site no longer links to this site.

I'm not doing anything I have done for dozens of other clients and no one else has been banned. This client was using an unethical SEO firm but it seems on my watch the site was banned. Looks bad on me, but I do want to make sure I haven't done something or missed something to cause this ban. Thanks.

Actually I may have turned the site in a month ago when I was checking backlinks and none of the backlinks Google was reporting actually had a link to my client's site. I wrote Google to ask them if they may have been confusing site. three days later the site was showing the correct number of backlinks, much reduced, and then 2 days later it was gone from the index. Google is still cacheing the site, as of today though.

But I have asked for inclusion early today. Fingers crossed.

My website also lost 50% of our pages in the Google index. We did nothing. It just happened one day. We are hoping that when Google sees how there new algorithym has dropped good pages, they will re-index the pages. Our small business is very dependent on Google for new business. Currently, new business is down 50% also. We are surviving with our repeat customers but will definitely need to get the new customers back to the pre-May 2008 levels.
