    If you banned you will not be indexed in Google, If you indexed and ranking no matter how low, your not banned, possibly penalized.

    ya probably, you are true bigbadwolf ... but I'm interested to know for what reason I got penalized.? or what all reason for which Generally Google gives penalty?
