Banned - > register with the same domain

    Google adsense banned my account, can i send a new request using a new name and address but with the same domain name??

    no, because they will track your ip.

    I recommend walking away from adsense forever. Once you cheat and get caught its very tough to get your account back.

    No, this definitely will not work. If you will abuse domains they will get flagged on Google. So once you'll try to get it accepted into Google using your friend's or whoever's account you will get your friend's name flagged and checked thoroughly.

    Anyway, why would you want to use the same site to register consider you just got banned with it? Not a good idea at all.

    If you're trying to salvage the visitors you have on that site, I think what you can do is redirect it to another domain name that's "clean" on AdSense and make sure that the new site has none of whatever you did that got you banned in the first place.

    And most of all cheating AdSense is dumb. Once they catch you, you're in big trouble - and they will catch you sooner or later. Hope you've learned your lesson.

    If you are asking this, perhaps it's best you don't waste your time on adsense and simply find something else to do.
