banned question

    Let say If some person's adsense account is blocked and he applied for another account and got approved by google. Now my question is can he place the new adsense code on the previous website?

    If the previous website's content doesn't violated TOS, then he/she can place the new adsense code on that site?

    If he isn't allowed to have another account in the first place, he isn't going to be allowed to put the code on any website.

    If you put the code there, you might be taking the risk that Google might associate the banned account with the site.

    I purchased a forum before that had banned from adsense.. I contacted support and told them that I am the new owner... they allowed me to put ads..

    If his website breaks tos then his website will be again banned by google with no warning .

    that's a lame question
    adsense account A on site A, banned because of the site
    adsense account B on site A again, what do you think?

    Its like stealing from a bank, you got caught, then you steal from the same bank again, will you get caught?

    Yes, s/he can.
    The only problem is s/he might get banned again with the same reason since s/he never correct the website from the mistake
