Banned Permanently!

    Hello,

    A few days ago there was a problem between Pathan and Danish Muzaffar. They were suspected of using "Duplicate Accounts". For more details click here.

    But then the problem was solved and it was proved that Pathan and Danish Muzaffar are not the same person.

    Here's what Tiktok posted:

    That shows that both Pathan and Danish are banned for shilling and not duplicate accounts.

    But the problem is that Danish is banned Permanently. Why is he banned permanently, if he is banned for Shilling?

    Ban them for one or two months and if they do it again a permanent ban will be good.

    What is the point of banning spammers/scammers/shillers for 1 or 2 months? So people know they can do it and they will be given a second chance?

    Bad idea imo... if you clearly are scamming people, it's not like it's a misunderstanding. You know exactly what you are doing. Maybe we should give people who spam viagra ads to every member via PM before they have any posts a second chance too? Maybe they didn't realize spamming wasn't allowed? :)

    To be honest, people are going to complain about everything no matter what... People complain there are scammers in B/S/T, then people complain when one gets banned. lol If we were to unban the spammers and scammers people would complain about that too.

    As an experienced forum member who has been banned several times for creating and using duplicate accounts, what would you do to prevent banned members from coming back the next day under a new name?

    Maybe we could reduce the ban time, but put a permanent mark on their visible name....they still cut off the hands of thieves in the Middle East don't they?

    As always, reasons for the bans of others are none of your business, and discussing 3rd party bans is a privacy issue. The situation was reviewed by multiple mods and dealt with based on the full information available.
