Banned? Payment?

    Hello,

I've been using Google AdSense for around a year now. Well, today, I received a lovely email that said "Google AdSense Account Disabled". Yay. The email I received went along to say that my account is a significant risk to their AdWords advertisers. HOWEVER, it didn't say anything about click fraud, etc.

The question I have is, I was scheduled to receive an EFT (electronic funds transfer) from Google by the 30th of this month for over $150.00. My question is, will I be getting this?

Google's TOS say that if your account was disabled for click fraud, you wouldn't get paid, however, the email I received didn't note click fraud.

I've appealed Google's decision, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

    Thanks

I don't think they are going to pay you. It has never happened to me personally, but if they banned you, then they have no reason to want to pay you any more

Best bet is to contact them directly and discuss your grievance, then look at other avenues if nothing can be resolved

I've contacted them through their appeal form. Should I email them as well, or wait for their reply to the appeal?

They should give you the reason about banning you. If you can't access your adsense no more...try contacting them and ask for the reason behind it.

I think google doesn't tell you the reason of disabling the account. And maybe you will get your money. There is a doubt.

gone gone gone. Forget about that account & any new account on ur name.

I lost mine way back in 2005 & Google did not allow me to create new account + did not resolve the old account issue.

Unlikely they take a rather long time to respond if at all. You very likely will not get paid and will not hear back from them especially if they think that you're involved in click fraud or your site was illegal (running ads on child porn, sex sites, warez etc).

You can try resigning up with a new account, or you can move on to one of they myriad of adsense competitors. Do a dp search and you'll find them all have varying success rates so do try to experiment. If you want some help pm me and I'll suggest something for your site.

Google also never goes into great detail about why your site is banned or kicked out, they're quite vague as they don't want to give out trade secrets - such as algorithms they might have for detecting fraud. They usually have a standard response about sites being dangerous to their advertisers or not meeting the quality standards for publishers. You've contacted them just wait it out, if you get a response then go from there otherwise find new advertisers.

Nothing much to say, you can only wait for the appeal result and look for other PPC

There is merely a very thin chance of getting it back.

So its better you consider its gone along with the money. Start building a new account and get going.

But i have seen a lady getting money after getting her account banned. But her case was completely diff. Her check was released before she got banned. So she received the money. Your issue is not the same. So you wont get the money.

My account got cancelled after 2 years of using them and I didn't even do anything. I had an adblock on my worpress blog (on the right hand side widget). They didn't even give me a reason. They have such stupid T&C's it's hard to follow what the hell they want? They're frik'n Nazi's man! Stay way away from them... they're the biggest most arrogant company on Earth! I hope they go down!
