Banned or sandbox? where am i?

i have a site which has PR5 but i dont understand what happened to my site?

i looked google searched "info:www. 5001. net" i didnt find any result!

i request google to reconstruction 4 days ago...

NOw what will i do?

check for what? i send message to google 1 month ago... stilll NO ANSWER :S
(also i added my site to a PR7 site)

follow google rules again and redesign ur site and remove all external links frm ur site, this caused u banned or deindexed
