All you need to do is signup for a new paypal account with a new identity.
Ask your mom,sister,brother or whoever you can think of to signup for you and have them register for you using a different ip address (different computer).

I believe that is what everyone was trying to tell you.

 

Well, it's obvious some people here are pretty paranoid.

Simply reapply for a new paypal account, use your correct information and see how it goes. The worst that can happen is that they deny it.

You are much better off taking this approach than to lie or try to cheat the system when it was unnecessary to begin with.

If i was in your situation I would email them and tell them what happened and say how you have changed, There is a 50/50 chance but I would try it rather than changing your ip address because they can check your background =[!

 

Sorry to hear this ellmexicann. I was banned from Paypal as well about 3 years ago for using it as a means of checkout for an adult website. I have called them 3 times to try and get my account reactivated and they have said each time that it is a lifetime ban.

There is some great advice here though and starting a new account with your real name and information is the best thing you can do because you may get into some trouble for using false information. Good luck.

Perhaps you could ask a family member to apply in his/her name and use that account. And be on the "up and up" this time round.

 

I suggest you to ask family members to make account for you. VCC and VBA are too shady.
