Anyone know why Giovanni http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=53598 got banned? I paid for a one month sig link and now he is banned. I made a claim with paypal and now he doesn't want to refund the money. He says I will get my link when he comes back. Am I wrong to say that I deserver a refund. I mean in trying to gain backlinks before the next update, I'd say that time is of the essence. What's your take on this?
is your link placed in his signature. if it is placed then you should not ask for refund. if the link is not placed yet, and the user is banned, you can ask for the refund, and you should get it!
I think you are wrong actually - I assume you bidded on the number of posts he had already made because that's what usually happens. That number remains the same, although he's banned. They'll also still be displaying your sig link. Edit: Scrap my reply - I just checked and he hasn't placed your link. In that case yes you should get refund.
He has not placed my link. I am the buyer. My link is not in his signature because of his banned status. Claim escalated, seller refuses to cooperate. By the time he gets back PR update will be in place. This sucks.
well, just 1 month? forget it and moved on. Buy more links from other guys. I got ripped off too. but well, life's go on.
