    Jut leave it. You can't do anything about it. Google most likely will ignore if you're trying to send a complaint to them.

    -Apply for new account
    or
    -Use another ad network

    asking reconsideration is not needed, as google will ignore it anyway

    What are you guys talking about? You both must be pertaining to Adsense or the sort. If the OPs website was removed from the SERPs then he can do something about it. By rectifying the problem within the website and then submitting a Google reinclusion request works. I've tried this myself.
