Google would not have closed your account if you weren't doing something wrong. Hell, making that much, they would actually be MORE INCLINED to look the other way to smaller guidelines you didn't follow, so you must have really done something wrong.

Completely wrong. Google closed my Adwords and Adsense accounts, and I did not do anything wrong. Trust me, I know the rules.

The TOS specifically states they can close your account for any reason. It doesn't matter if you're following the rules. Or think you're following the rules. By directing traffic to your MFA site using other ad programs you probably generated a lot of worthless traffic that didn't convert for the Adsense advertisers. Hence the "invalid clicks."

    I believe so, yes
From what I've seen in most cases they send all the earnings to the publisher, till the day the account was banned.
But you can simply ask them in an email, that shouldn't do any harm :)

This p*sses me off, the guy gets no warning. you advertise a site, people come, they click on whatever interest them, if they click on 4 different ads so what? the person is obviously looking for something. Ive seen kids go to a site, click on something about GAMES, not what they wanted, They Go Back click on another GAMES related ad until they find what they are looking for.SO NOW THE PUBLISHER HAS TO CURTAIL THE USERS ONLINE BEHAVIOR? UNBEFREAKING BELIEVABLE.

-time to start an online publishers union?-
hummn if major publishers and not even so major publishers from
Digitalpoint decide to stop running google ads for 2-3 days or even a
week, to demand from Google set TOS not this made as you go along
Terms of Service they have. where the publisher agrrement becomes
a legal contract. whereby Google befor banning has to prove what invalid clicks are (clicks from the publishers ip.) ip's that click on ads more than once will be regarded as one click. etc....
    - a publisher cannot be banned before first told of infractions with his/her acct.
    etc....

    Reson of banning

#1 - Using the <title> mortgage <title> ( or any high paying ads ) and visitors coming for celebrity pictures hehe they are seeing MFA page and Mortgage ads "just" they are clicking the high paying ads and publisher got $10 to $100 from per click - but visitors were dont need that products they just click back butten and they are finding again celebrity pictures - advertisers lost his/her money - advertiser send feed back to google about your ugly MFA page , then you got banned .

    Correct me if its not.

Then you probably had a proxy, image hosting, or other low quality traffic site. Google wouldn't ban you if there wasn't a reason behind it.... You being a publisher makes them more money.

Sure, you can press the report button on the last post in the thread and ask for the thread to be locked. They're unlikely to delete it - it was after all you that chose to start it.

Ouch that sucks big time! It's gonna be difficult taking legal action against Google, but if you're successful, then it could set a precedent for other cases later on

A lot of people who are banned form google have still their AdWords account. This is strange because they closed all off them.

Although your emotions are telling you to sue google, you'll have no success. Unless you have around 2 Million burning a hole in your pocket, for legal fees, your energy is best served rebuilding your business.

Fighting a company with a few billion in the bank, is going to be a challenge not worth your money.

When google disables your account they give all the money back to the advertisers. I've recieved many credits for invalid clicks on my adwords accounts

something doesn't sound right....I think you are giving us only part of the picture...usually with publishers that make that much, you get a phone call or a personalized email from google........

What we fail to realize it that most people who got banned diserved it. very rarely is an honest publisher banned.

The fact that you got banned from adsense and adwords really says something

Google has stated many times, that if they take money from an adsense publisher, its refunded back to the advertiser. Google would see no profit from banning someone. In fact, they lose their commission on those clicks. The only ones who gain are the adwords advertisers who got clicks and didnt pay for them.

One thing I would like to know - were you making $25k a month before this, or did you all of a sudden go from $200 a month to $25k a month in earnings? I suspect the latter, which would sure raise a red flag to me.
