    Someone was asking how to download a program and i got banned for mentioning bittorrent. I was unaware i couldn't mention it because there were several other topics about it when i joined, so i thought it was alright....and i couldn't be bothered reading their whole tos.

    Yahoo answers is just like so many other services - its attracts lots of spam and hence the rather draconion approach of handing out bans like confetti.

    Just give genuine answers to questions and you should be ok, it's easy to spot the spam answers!

    I asked my very first question with them after being a long time answerer...and they sent me an email saying my question was spam. The question was not spam at all. !!??

    You can always post in different categories, where there are different people looking for answers! so i guess you can post links as many as but not in the same category,otherwise you will be reported! :)

    It pisses me off when people post "Do your schoolwork" "wait till you get home" etc... when someone asks about proxies... Number one, we use Yahoo Answers to promote our proxies and these people are posting this shit... They should be the ones getting banned for not answering the posters question --- ISNT THAT WHAT THEY CAME TO YAHOO ANSWERS FOR?!:mad:

    I report anyone/everyone who doesn't answer posters question, its a waste of time :D
