You were probably spamming it, they're getting stricter on that. Also they're making it that if you spam it once, you're banned.

Just a tip that may help. Instead of just leaving a link to your website in the resource box, leave your link plus one or two other relevant sites. That way you are not looking like you are spamming your one site.

It's all automated from what I hear. If there are enough people that report you then you get immediately banned. Hopefully the spammers will stay at digg and not move to yahoo to start banning their competitors

this idea can be accepted, actually i also leave my own link and sometimes it not related with the categories. However, im not regularly doing YA. So, it look like more natural poster. If you answering too much question in one day, i afraid it one of the cause you be banned.

If you're obviously spamming then of course you're going to get banned. I occasionally answer questions on there but very rarely - I don't see it as a great use of my time.

if people provide relevent url, then what's the problem.
If yahoo don't like this, then they should remove Resource link box.
It is very bad if i own content and link the source of my website, then why there is a issue.

I believe you have a general idea of what you did. And did you read the TOS of Yahoo Answers prior to signing up. And there should be no reason why you cant view their TOS page. It just doesnt make sense, period, for you to get banned and than not be able to view the TOS,

    Here are the TOS links.

1.dont use other email services, use yahoo mail services:D
2.dont post affiliate links, u can post relevant urls only
3.dont be sarcastic when posting comments and urls, you may get reported
4.post only few comments and urls in a day and increase the frequency slowly

    1 Wrong - Inaccurate

    2. Wrong - Use tinyurl to mask your affiliate link. Use a domain that forwards to your affiliate offer.

    3. Right

    4. Wrong - Increasing posts will lead to the system looking at what youre doing.

    Try posting proof before speculating....

People are banned daily from many sites for spamming.

    ;)
