My account got banned from displaying ad's due to violation of ad policy (minor wording technicality). I dont think this is fair since all my competitors advertise the same products! anyways has anyone experienced something like this before. this isnt a suspension it is a permanent ban. How can i get around this and if anyone can help me get my account back i will make it worth their time ($$) any help or advice?

Get a proxy and a virtual credit card and you can open a new account.

    Open a new account.
If your website's URL is banned, you can use a redirector, for example tinyurl.com.

And if you want to be really thorough, you can join a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to have the same US ip address everytime.

You won't be able to open a new account on your name, using your card, etc. It will be created, but you won't receive any clicks or impressions. Just DEAD account.

All you can do is register a new account on someone else's name and pay them, when Google charge you.

I thought redirecting was against Adwords policy's and that would also get your account banned.

I started promoting movie downloads legally, and I got a warning.
Even though I wasn't scamming people, I decided not to $%#@ with google.

Anyone else stop doing something that wasn't "Against TOS", just to not get banned?

I'm curious? How many times did you do this "Technicallity" before you got banned.

Motoxcr17, please explain exactly what you did. What do you mean by "minor wording technicality"? Your experience can help prevent other advertisers from being banned.

"I started promoting movie downloads legally, and I got a warning."

    That's violating Google's copyright policy.

Actually, there really are legal movie download services out there, such as GreenCine. Promoting such services isn't a breach of any copyright laws. It's the kinds of sites that you will find in the ClickBank Marketplace that pose a problem. Adwords is sick of these sites, and their policies against them affect the advertising of the legitimate services.

Well, I suppose he's an affiliate of some product like netmoviedownloads, that's why I've written that.

On the other hand, you are right.

I have had a few close calls with Google, When they give you a warning THEY MEAN IT!
In my experience, listen up or get banned!
They are not fooling around and I need them, they don"t need me!
    So comply or be banned!

I have a simmilar problem, my first page was broken and they just put CPC for all my keywords related to mysite 8 Euro. I tried to open a new account, with a new account price was exactly twice less, but 4 Euro is still a lot ... If you use the came Credit Card - they know that this is the same person.

So my company has been banned from adwords. it is our primary source of traffic and thus sales so we have to be on adwords. we have tried setting up a new company with new everything even down to a brand new hosting account - set up by a person having nothing to do with the banned account in a totally different state. it still seems that we are getting banned. how does google know its us? can they track if my ip address logs into the new adwords account? can they track back to the domain account to see that one of our domains was banned and so that is why the new domain is banned? if we use the same content from an old site with everything else new, can they track that? any help would be appreciate. thanks!

maybe clean up your identity (new credit card, new address, new name, new window, new ip, etc) to be a brand new person in Cyber and try again.

I know they can track IP of logins, so I would imagine they're doing this for you
